Inducing labor naturally
Ok so I know I still have a few months but I’m supposed to have a vbac in August and was told because I’m a vba2c I can’t have pitocin or any medications that make me go into labor that I have to go into labor on my own so my question is what can I do to make myself go into labor when it’s time with my first I was induced and wasn’t dilated or anything when I went in at 40 weeks 4days
