Do you think it is ever okay to look through your boyfriends phone?

My wife and I do not go through each others phones. I think it's an invasion of privacy. There was a period of time where she would go through my phone and would always find something that made her mad. Why? Not because I was actually hiding anything. Not because I was cheating. But because when you're looking for something to be mad about, you can easily make something out of nothing. I told her if she continued to go through my phone she would soon be single and out on her ass. 
She is more than welcome to use my phone if she needs it. Because, like I said, I'm not hiding anything. But searching through it is a no no. And I show her that same respect.

I go ON my bf’s phone but I never go through it. Like if I wanna look at pics he took of me or us then ya I’ll go through his photos to see those. If I’m bored and feel like going on insta and his phone is right there I may use it. Or if I need to use safari or take pics I’ll use it. But I don’t snoop. Like I don’t go through dm’s or texts or snaps unless he asks me to, which would be if he’s driving or busy and wants to know what someone said

I go through my boyfriend’s phone when I’m bored or her has a shit ton of notifications he hasn’t cleared. I know he has nothing to hide, even being long distance🤷🏼‍♀️

If he’s given you a reason to suspect something then yes. If not, then keep the trust. Just remember don’t go snooping if you don’t want your feelings hurt 😅😂 unless you actually got a good man.
