Can’t hear babies heart beat

Hi all! I’m 10 weeks pregnant and can’t find babies heart beat at all with feral doppler and now I’m panicking that something is wrong, I have a scan on Saturday, has anyone ever had the same but things have turned out fine? Please someone rest my mind😩 had a miscarriage a year ago and so scared it’s going to happen again
