My main concern with those is the aspartame. I don't know enough either way to know for sure if I'm comfortable drinking it or not.
If I'm craving soda, I get little 7 Oz cokes. So I'm not drinking a ton of soda or getting a ton of caffeine, but it hits the spot.
I also enjoy LA Croix if you're talking about sofa, and want something fizzy. Takes a little getting used to not having a mouth full of sugar, but I like them :)

No. We’re not supposed to have artificial sweeteners during pregnancy.

I try not to but I do once in a while. Most of the time if I need a soda, I grab a zevia.
