I think I have about 3 external hemorrhoids, kind of hard to see back there at 38 weeks...I'm super embarrassed to mention it to my doctor but my next appointment is tomorrow...should I suck it up and say something or just try otc meds first? And will labor make them worse? 😔 they don't hurt, there not bleeding...nothing, the only reason I know they are there is from when I was in the shower I could feel them 😟
