My step children have stayed with us since March 23rd due to the virus and per their choice (they’re 12 and 13). We planned on making up the 2 weekends they’ve missed with their mom during her summer visitation. It would equal to 4 days exactly. She’s trying to argue that she gets them for “a whole week during May”. We’re giving her an extra weekend already because mother’s day doesn’t fall on her weekend. So she’s getting them 3 weekends in May, plus her standard 2 weeks in summer and then 4 days added on to summer whichever month she wants. This sounds fair, right? She always has to be right and argue, but my husband is sole custodial and she’s non custodial so I figure it’s really up to him. 🤷🏼‍♀️
