I’m 5’1 and weigh 120 but wanna get down to 100 pounds. I don’t want to gain muscle because I already have some I just want to slim down, I normally exercise when I lose weight but I really don’t want to gain any muscle at all. If I consume 1200 cals every day can I lose weight like that or do I have to exercise too? Thank you 😊!
