I felt nothing but relief :) I don't suffer of any back pain or anything either!

No but for me the side effects after my son was born weren't worth it the doctors didn't give me the meds until late so I felt pretty much everything anyways but my back has been messed up from it ever since :/

Out of the three I have experienced I would have to say it depends on who is giving it. The first was a little pinchy, the second she kept scraping my bone it hurt so bad and even made my contractions stop until the upped my pitocin, the third absolutely wonderful!!!

I was concentrating so hard on not moving, I seriously didn't feel the needle poke. All I felt was pressure.

It was the numbing that stung and was a bit of pain you could feel with it. My biggest pain came from a contraction I got and had to stay still through as the epidural was being out in. It was well worth it though

Just a little pinch and pressure with my 9yr son when he was born. None with my 3yr old daughter and she was 8lbs4oz,felt all of it! Hoping with my son now I have a chance to get it and hopefully just feel a little pinch and pressure!!😀😀

Everyone experiences different, but my last 2 they hit a nerve in my leg on my shin and bruised really bad! My 3rd c-section is coming up in 5 weeks and I'm dreading it
