Does anyone know how i would be able to find out if home birth is covered by my insurance ? Im in new york. I know i probably could just calll the number on my insurance card but with covid going on, its impossible to get throughh.

Call your insurance, your judt gonna have to wait on hold. And please note that even if they say its a covered benefit it doesnt mean it is and that they will actually pay for it, they can say they will and then decide not to later on and theres nothing you can do about it. So be prepaired to pay for it yourself aswell
