Dating after separation/divorce?

I am separated 2yrs and finalizing our divorce at the end of the month. I’m not ready for a new relationship just yet but I am wondering where do you ladies meet guys? I work FT and take care of my two kids I don’t have many friends to hang out with and go out with. Plus my friends are all married.

I met my bf on tinder. I also worked full time and I'm sober so I dont go to bars. I had a good filter system where I would get their social media to make sure their info adds up (that they aren't in a relationship and their pics are real). If they say they dont have one then they are lying because you have to have one in order to sign up for tinder, then I would be sure to do a low key meeting like at the dog park during the day (I have a dog) or coffee. Something fast and simple just to see how we connect, another thing I made sure to not do is not talk to them a ton before meeting. Getting super deep via text can be misleading to a real connection it can cause pressure and it's just not realistic, so keep convos light and sweet. I also made sure to be super upfront about what I was looking for and if that didnt line up with what they wanted then i said bye. I know it seems like a lot and honestly it kind of is and can be overwhelming sometimes but in my case it was worth it.  I see it that dating apps are like dumpster diving, you gotta get through some trash to find a treasure but when you do it's worth it.
