Going to start an ab challenge
So I used to weight 192 now I weight 142 but my stomach is still not toned and I’ve got to do something about that so I’m starting a Ab challenge and I’ll be posting week by week comparisons wish me luck see u guys in a week ! Here’s how my stomach looks now
UPDATE So it’s been a few days and I can see some difference In Bloating I definitely need to change up my diet though
