tough topic

Has anyone had a miscarriage at the 9 week mark? How long did you wait to pass naturally or did you have a D&C? this is my first miscarriage and the waiting is mentally exhausting. However trying to avoid surgery. My doctor is supportive of my choice to try naturally first and is monitoring closely. Just not sure what to do at this point. Last week all was fine on ultrasound, but found out yesterday that there was no heartbeat 💔
