Getting Last Minute Anxiety

I'm due the 28th but I have an induction scheduled for the 20th and I know and have been begging for this baby to come out but now that it's scheduled I'm having a full blown panic attack. I'm freaking out and I can't seem to calm my nerves. I don't know what to do!!!!
