Sensitive nipples bfn missed period

My period is late 6 days.

I had spotting last wed (one week ago) in what might be implantation spotting?

I tested 2-3 days after that and bfn ☹️ but my nipples are super super sensitive and loss of appetite, fatigue.

Anyone else get a late bfp? If so, how many days after missed period?
