Hellllp! 😩

I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant. For the past few days my lower back has been hurting off and on and it’s getting pretty unbearable.

On top of that... I’m getting these dull crampy like aches in my lower stomach.

I’m so scared. I’m going to call the doctor tomorrow because I not sure if it’s normal or not.

Has anyone gone through this with a positive outcome?

I also sometimes feel as though the baby moves to the bottom creating this ball like feeling which makes me ache as well. I’m not sure what to think.
