Help!

I just had my little girl on Feb 3rd and I am currently 2 almost 3 months pp. I had what was like a period last month that lasted about 4 days, but so far aunt flo is no where to be seen this month and my boobs are crazy sore. My fiance and I bd twice since I stopped bleeding, but he did not finish inside of me. Could I be pregnant again so soon?
