Has this happen to anyone who can relate?

14 weeks and 5 days pregnant with twins. Thoughts? Has this happen to anyone who can relate? Is this normal this early within a pregnancy (singleton or multiples)?

I’ve had a placenta hemorrhage 12 weeks into the pregnancy with some bleeding that’s just began getting better so the color to the discharge has been a norm for me lately only not the thick, stringy discharge.

I need to stay off google -
