Tearing During Vaginal Birth..
FTM here: Tearing during birth is one of my worse fears because I’ve had surgery in that area (Vaginal Cyst) and I know how painful being stitched can be. Is there anything I can do to help try to prevent tearing. Thanks in advance! 🙂
