Big babies question

My son was 10lb 7oz and 22.5 inches long born at 38 weeks. I'm due again in July and this one is measuring 4 to 5 weeks ahead. Anyone else had experience with a pregnancy measuring so far ahead? My OB said I had a big baby once I can do it again but I'm a little worried.
