Plz help me had two ultrasounds one they said girl later boy so which one is it?

Peed on baking soda it was flat.

Pregnancy symptoms Thirsty all throughout.

Can't drink orange juice will vomit.

Dry skin.

No acne.

Had nausea first month but no vomiting but once, orange juice lol

Extremely tired want to sleep all my pregnancy.

Darker areolas

Healthy baby but I haven't gained weight no real pregnancy belly don't worry am healthy said everything is okay. But any advice for nutrition is welcome.

Okay not sure what else to add here please help me guess or try something here at home to know the gender.
