I am 8 weeks... and I can only keep down Wendy’s cheese burgers and just crap foods.. what day depends on what crap lol can’t tolerate even the word chicken.. and even if I wanted to eat healthier I am so sick and tired I physically can not cook myself healthy meals most the time.. Oh and also.. I’m on bed rest because of a subchorionic hemorrhage.. JOKES ON ME!
Seriously tho.. I was fit before I got pregnant and I usually ate pretty healthy and cooked every night and maybe ate fast food once a month if that. And our treat was pizza every Friday.
I weigh 130lbs and I’m 5’1. I’m not really out of shape but boy if something doesn’t give I will be heading there.. I bought my husband two easy meal cooking books so he can learn to cook for us and I tell myself everyday I’ll eat better but then I only have the appetite and energy for crap 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
And not to mention I can’t even exercise.. hoping the second trimester allows me to gain some energy back and be able to eat better..
Boy was I naive 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I did not know pregnancy would be this draining and complex..... lol
