Please help!!
Okay, I need some help with my BBT tracking. I have insomnia so my sleep is often interrrupted and I get my block of sleep at different times. So I am wondering when it comes to tracking what's more important: doing it at the same time each morning or doing it after a block of sleep minimum 3 hours? Thank you in advance. I appreciate the help. Ive only just started tracking. So my last 2 mornings my temps have been 36.59 and 36.43, both taken at 630 in the morning after only about an hour or 2 of sleep.
