Could period come within five days early?

I’m getting a few cramps in the morning, super thirsty, a bit nauseous but might be because I’ve been eating unhealthy lol. My period is due in five days according to the app, is it possible to come like 5 days sooner

Yep. The past 4 months my was 5 days earlier than what the app said it was supposed to be . It got messed up again because last month it was super light. This month I seem to having a skip month.

The app isn’t always spot on for everyone all the time (more often not!) you can be as early or as late as your body decides! Not to worry or excite you however- if it doesn’t come in the next week maybe consider taking a test if pregnancy is at all possible? 🤨
