Cosmic brownie recipe

Ok so do any of you like cosmic brownies? I think I accidentally created their icing,for the brownies just make brownie balls 😊

Listen all I used was

1/4 cup melted butter

3/4 milk

Pour butter into milk (2% reduced fat)

Mix in 1-1/2 tablespoons of flour

AddChocolate chips,bittersweet,until about the 300 ml Mark in the cup

Melt 30 seconds increments

After it’s melted

Add some powdered sugar,I probably used about a tablespoon and a half

It needs to be poured on something or something needs to be dipped and cooled down, I used the freezer,however it then needs to become room temp (it’s weird but it works)

I also dipped brownie balls into them(I undercooked some brownies so this was my solution)

I can’t really get a good pic since they are basically the same color lol
