Combined pill pelvic pain

Hello girls! Been using the combined pill for several years and always found myself having subtle cramps, not very painful and not all the time. What's weird is that i feel this subtle pain only when i get up after laying in bed for an extend period of time or when I move in bed after staying in the same position for a longer time. It's not painful but i don't know what's causing it and it's frustrating. I have pcos but shouldn't the pill cancel the symptoms? I've addressed this to my gynecologist and I've been tested for std's and the results came back negative. Did this ever happen to you? Thank you so much and sorry for the long post😍😘😘!
