Anyone have any painful Braxton Hicks yet?

This morning I was laying on my side on the couch and had a huge contraction that actually was painful 😠 
No more since then just hoping it’s not a bad sign he will come early.

I’ve been getting them since 17 weeks! Totally normal, just your bodies way of preparing. I had them with my daughter starting around 28 weeks and she was 3 days late!

I have had a good few of those. I get so many contractions a day. But my doctor says any more than 6 contractions in an hour call in. And if most are painful definitely call in/ go in. 
Not sure if it's a sign of having baby earlier but I'm preparing for early birth since my 1st came early, I just went into labor naturally. 
Just listen to your body! Eat and drink plenty and lay on your left side. That's all u can do

Yes I was having them all day yesterday, really aching lower back and menstrual like cramps in the front. Nothing today yet!

Drinking water is key because you can get those if you’re not well hydrated.... I’ve completely cut out coffee now to avoid not being hydrated enough

I’ve been having them for weeks now. I’ll be 32 weeks Monday. I drink plenty of water daily so I know I’m not dehydrated. I experience this early with my oldest so I know it can be nothing.￼
