How much yoghurt?

How much yoghurt is okay for baby? LO loves yoghurt and won't have any solids if there is no yoghurt with it. She ends up having 4-5 ounces everyday. Is it fine to give her that amount?

I suggest small quantities of Greek yoghurt as it can cause stomach pain. You can add small junks of fruits in it if you like or purred for flavourm

As far as I’m aware, there isn’t a limit. Just make sure it’s unflavoured full fat greek yoghurt (I was told that’s the only kind babies should have).
