So on April 16th I took a pregnancy test and it says positive

I took a pregnancy test on April 16 and it came out to be positive but the next I got my period and I’ve been feeling cramping I haven’t went to the doctor yet due to covid-19 but I’m wondering am I really pregnant still or not as the test wrong I originally suppose to come on my period on the 20th of April I’m a little lost someone give me answers?
