Okay I JUST got my period back at 8months pp. I.AM. HATING. IT! Lol I mean who likes it?!

Anyways I was wanting to try a cup but have no idea where to even start. I’ve seen they have different sizes? So please tell me what would be the best (in your opinion)

I am 26. Have had 3 babies. My flow is heavy for 2 days. The rest is med. I always have a lot of clots as well. I have also never done tampons.

Need to know the ins and outs of these things!
