Dermatologist!?

So I have had this spot in the picture below for almost 2yrs, it looks like a cross between a mole and a blackhead, as I initially thought it was the latter

. Ive always wanted to get it checked but hoped it will clear away, and now due to lockdown I cannot get it checked. It is kinda worrying me cause it is not normal to have a pimple on the side of the nose for that long. Even when my face is completely clear of blemishes, that one is there to stay :/. Ive been reading about it to see what could it be and saw that may be Basal Cell Skin Cancer.

Any ideas what could this be and what tests are needed to be done?
