NEED A PROFESSIONAL TO HELP

I have posted on here before about my hair... I just recently moved to a new house in a different area of town, and immediately noticed that after every shower my hair is greasy as hell. Like to the point where it looks like I haven’t showered in weeks. Even though I just did! I have tried everything. Different shampoo/conditioner, started using less, started conditioning my hair only once a week, bought 2 different filters for my shower, tried washing my hair more frequently and less frequently, even tried showering at my dads house to see if that made a difference. NOTHING IS WORKING. I’m to the point where i want to seriously break down and cry. My hair is so oily every single day and I don’t know what else to do. Then I have to spray dry shampoo in it and it makes my hair have a dry texture. Someone please help me. I even started taking hair,skin,nail vitamins. Will a professional hair dresser know what to do? Should I see a doctor? I can’t live with greasy hair. This did not start until I moved to this house. My husband has noticed that his hair is not greasy after a shower, but it does get greasy quicker. He has to shower again after only 1 or 2 days. What can we do?!?!
