My app says I'm 8 days late . Yesterday I spotted like 3 times , I noticed when I wiped . Anyone have this happen before ?

I was a week late this last time. Even though I'm irregular, I was still crazy worried. We didn't use anything when we had sex. He pulled out. It turns out I was just really stressed out. If you stress a lot it can make your period even more late. So, just try calming down some. Do something to take your mind off of it. I started spitting one morning and then the next day it hit me.
