Hey ladies

So for the past 2 or 3 days I've been having random muscle cramps in my legs which I never get. I've upped my water to see if that would help and it hasnt. I have been eating fine and mostly healthy my usual diet. Nothing has changed so idk why I'd be getting the leg cramps it's pretty annoying lol

@Laimei I do stretch every day and work out every day (with 2 days break in a week)
