Bedtime
What time is bedtime for your 2 and a half year old? What does your bedtime routine look like?
I’ve had the same routine since my oldest was itty bitty. Now out of nowhere it’s impossible to get her to bed! She was up until 10 last night she just wouldn’t settle and go to sleep.
Maybe I need to make adjustments to her bedtime routine?
