How often? Doppler

How often do you use your Doppler? I used mine yesterday for the first time and picked up two beats, one was 120 and the other was 135. I’m confused though because my last appointment at 11 weeks 2 weeks ago the baby’s heartbeat was 160. Did I not find baby’s heartbeat? When can I check again?

My screen reading is wrong most all the time.. my doctor picks up 170’s and my Doppler usually says 130 or so

I talked to my dr and she said what I do is fine because I use it for a few seconds each day. I find the little bean almost instantly and as soon as I hear her heartbeat for a good 5 seconds I stop. I have really bad anxiety due to a previous loss and it really helps me stay calm 💕 I’m 12 weeks 2 days today!

Don't trust the number on the screen. When my doctor checked it was 163 and at home it always is around 120-130. 
I use mine around twice a week to calm my anxiety :)

I use mine a few times a week because I have extreme anxiety due to a past loss. You can’t trust the numbers that come up on the screen. If I count the beats myself its usually between 160-170 but the screen almost always says 120.
