Have we skipped the 4 mo sleep regression?

He will be 5 months this Thursday and he has never stopped sleeping well. He was born two weeks early. He is not a good napper anymore, though. Can the regression be in napping form?

Mine LO is the same. Sleeps through the night & takes 2-3 20-45 min naps. Never had sleep regression

4 month sleep regression can happen anytime between 3 and a half and 5 and a half months.

If you set good sleeping habits then the regression is nothing. My twins will be 6 months old in 2 days and never stopped sleeping well. They are babies 4&5 so we learned how to set the stage correctly and teach them how to fall asleep alone.

Yes it doesn’t only affect night time sleep so yes it could just be naps.

Yes, he has done that for about 3 months. I was hoping that was why he hadn’t gone through it. Best thing we ever did.
