Do kids get bigger the more you have?

Is your second child bigger than your first? At birth and now too.. just wondering. I see it a lot and I’m wondering if my new baby is bigger than my first. Sure feels like it. 😔😭

I hope not! My first was 9.7 pounds and he was 10 days early!

My 1st was 7 lbs 1 oz and 2nd was 8 lbs - both girls. My 1st is always at 50th percentile still - perfectly average size! My 2nd is still a big girl - usually around 80th percentile for height and weight! I am pregnant with a boy now and definitely worried he will end up being the biggest!!! My husband is a big guy so if baby is like him this may be rough!!

My first was 9lb 12oz at 40w6 day, and my second was 9lb 7oz at 39w 4 days

My first was 8lbs my second 7.5. Both boys. My first was always in 90th percentage for height and weight. Second was until he started walking then is like in the 75th. So now always true. My current babe is a girl so we’ll see how she is compared to the boys.

For me yes, 1st 5.5 pounds, 2nd 6.9, 3rd 7.1, 4th 7.7.... so we'll see if this baby will be even bigger 😆

My second was slightly smaller than my first (8lb11oz 21 inch baby girl compared to my first a 8lb15.6oz 21.5 inch baby boy). Hopefully this one will be around the same size and not bigger!
