Am I not ovulating?

Any help appreciated.

First cycle using ovulation sticks. I’m on day 14 of a 28 day cycle and have had no LH surge at all. CN is watery with a small amount of egg white this morning.

I’m worried im not ovulating at all? I have regular periods (came off the pill 3 months ago, always been regular before going on it). I’ve been very stressed recently with our life changes since Covid 19, could that be a factor or maybe I haven’t been ovulating for years?
