Lightheaded/dizzy spells??

Question

Does anyone else get randomly light headed/ feel dizzy? 
It has happened to me two times this morning. I was just sitting on the couch and got lightheaded. It only lasted like 30 seconds but my boyfriend mentioned that he could tell something happened because I all of a sudden looked disoriented. 
I’m not sure if this is normal/something I should worry about, so I just wanted to see if it has happened to anyone else before possibly calling the doctor about it.

I get them, especially if I’m too warm.
I normally just drink some extra water, make sure I stand up slowly (not that I’m fast at anything now anyway), and rest extra that day. I’ve also noticed that it happens more frequently when my iron is low, so we try to mix in more iron rich foods.

I’ve noticed it’s increased. It usually happens when I’m just sitting and working. Haven’t figured out why but once it’s done I drink some water as a precaution.

Yes currently 36 weeks and I've been getting them a lot.. besides my body feeling overwhelmed already and super tired and out of breath. Stay strong mama almost there

Could be low blood pressure, low blood sugar or a Valsalva feeling.
