Having sex with PCOS

Hi ladies.

How do you guys stay motivated to have sex and how often do you have sex to fall pregnant?

I’ve been TTC for 4 years now. I never know when I ovulate. I have tried ovulation sticks which are always negative. I get egg white discharge maybe once a year.

Every month I hope I’m pregnant and try to have sex 1-2 times a week in hopes of a miracle. But it just never happens ... 😩 sex is feeling like a chore and I don’t want to have sex as I know it won’t lead anywhere.

Any advise would help. Success stories also 😊 Thx
