You can’t confirm ovulation with LH tests alone unfortunately

You can have an lh surge without ovulation. The only way to confirm ovulation is by a raised body temp after ovulation. So if you have + OPK test, you MAY ovulate anywhere between 12-48 hours after, or not at all. 
Bottom line, there is no way to confirm 💯 with the information you provided.
