Letrozole success and experience ?

Today I was prescribed Letrozole to help me ovulate. If this doesn’t work on the first cycle I will likely undergo more testing and a trigger shot- which I pray I’ll have luck with this first round of Letrozole. Please tell me any experience or success you’ve had on Letrozole

It worked for me. I ovulated on the first month of femara, and got my BFP on the second month. Good luck!

I’m on it now! I started it in February, I don’t believe I have ever ovulated since coming off birth control almost 2 years ago. I started out at 2.5mg for 5 days, with no luck the first round, My doctor bumped me straight to 7.5mg the next month. I’m not sure I ovulated the 2nd month either. This month I took 7.5mg again for 5 days, and started OPKs on day 10 I believe, yesterday was day CD15 and I got a peak through my clear blue and a high on my premom strips, I continued testing throughout the day with premom and they continued to get higher, and this morning it was low. My CM was sticky, and I had some cramping. I truly believe that my peak was yesterday, so we’ll see what happens this next few weeks!

My doctor had me set up to do letrozole for 6 months. I fell pregnant on the 5th. I started on 2.5 mg no ovulation, then increased to 5 mg ovulated, then continued until I fell pregnant on the 5th month. 
It isn’t the same for everyone, I wish you luck on your journey!! Baby dust!

For my first baby I did 2.5mg then 5mg and got pregnant on my first round of 5mg, this time around I did 5mg unsuccessfully and then 7.5mg, I am currently 11dpo (I hope), if this round hasn’t worked we will be starting trigger! It definitely worked for me first time once we got the dosage correct and hopefully will work this time also! Good luck 🤞🏻

Did first round in January. Didn’t ovulate and haven’t had AF since. 😕
