My cycles went from varying between 18-98 days down to 35-45 days. My last two cycles were only a day apart and my current cycle is projected to start the same time based on when I confirmed ovulation.
If you have irregular cycles, these work wonders, but they’re most effective if you add a daily dose of Myo-Inositol to make your total dosage 4000mg. Here’s an article about why that helps:
