2nd IVF cycle

First unsuccessful cycle at 40.6 in nov unsuccessful due to poor egg quality. I’m considering a second cycle but o have no insurance coverage- all has been out of pocket and I feel so bad spending husbands money again and come out empty handed. .5 AMH last checked I’m sure it’s much lower now. Any advice?
