What helped your morning sickness?

I haven’t thrown up yet, thankfully. But I’m SO NAUSEOUS!!!! I have a toddler that I have to chase after so it just does not help.

Preggie pops! They were a life saver for me! And saltine crackers!

Never letting myself get hungry helped me a lot. I lived on basically bread and Cheerios for a few weeks but I would just munch on some every hour or so and as long as my stomach never growled I kept most of the nausea in check. 7up also helped (tried ginger ale but it didn’t work for me personally) and small sips of cold water. I also got some nausea wristbands from target (travel section) and those helped a little bit.

I thing but diclegies. I found relief momentarily from ginger capsules, ginger drops, ginger tea, meant gum or TicTac’s,  not letting my stomach get completely empty helped but didn’t make it bearable. So with baby number seven I broke down and got something for the discomfort so I could take care of my family￼￼￼
