Can any of you that have had one of each please tell me any differences you had during each pregnancy...

my son is 2 years old and I’m now 8 weeks pregnant again and I know by this point last time I was already sick as a dog! I haven’t experienced any vomiting this time(at least not yet)

With my son I found out around 12dpo and this pregnancy was 7dpo and I remember someone telling me that girls produce higher levels of hcg but has there been any truth to any of this with any of you guys?

I know every pregnancy is always different but just looking for some opinions! :)
