Hi mammas looking for advice or just some support.

Have been battling a uti turned into kidney infection for the last 4 days. Not seeing much of improvement i am kn antibiotics but have such extreme guilt becuase I know how dangerous it can be to baby both the infection and medicine. Has anyone gone through this? Was baby ok? Did your OB do extra testing to insure baby was ok? I find my anxiety is though the roof and the guilt is super heavy that u didnt notice it sooner before it became a kidney infection aswell. I just feel terrible.
