Sudden increase in spitting-up?

My LO just turned 10 months and for the last 1-2 weeks she has randomly started spitting up WAY more than she has in months. And it seems like it’s all day, not just after meals?
Is this a sign that I’m over-feeding her? She easily takes 25 oz of formula and 3 meals/day without a problem. Is this too much? 
Anyone else experience this?

It’s happening to us too. We space bottles between meals and he isn’t a big eater, so I don’t think ours is due to eating too much. My son had reflux in the NICU and I think it just came back after he started eating full on meals. We give 3 meals/day and 3, 6oz bottles. It’s gross now that they eat food because it smells like vomit 🤢

This is 100% happening to us too. And he gets uncomfortable right before it happens. I’m thinking it’s reflux since we had issues with it before.

We have been spitting up an he’s literally never done it. I think he’s just drinking too much milk lol
