Babys belly botton??help

My baby is 13dayz old and his belly button cord hasn't fell off yet but I just noticed that it's still wet around and kinda leaking ..What should I do???
is it infected???

Just call the pediatricians office!! I've had 5 children and never experienced this. Sounds possibly infected but, I'm no doctor just give them a call!! Take care and best of luck to you.

When I had my son his stayed wet but it came off on his diaper like a snot booger. Lol. He's belly button looks fine now

leaving it open to kinda air dry and applying some ointment
