So after 9 months of breast milk I have to introduce formula, my supply tanked once my period came and I can’t get it back up, (because I don’t feel like it) 🤣 to much work, but what brand formula would y’all recommend for a switch? I know I have to try to see what she will prefer and handle best, but where should I start??? Any recommendations?? And what’s the best way to introduce it?? I have some frozen milk still and I will still pump twice a day so she will still have some breast milk.
